Co-Curricular Sports

At Uplands, we offer a broad range of competitive and non-competitive opportunities. The extra-curricular programme offers students the chance to become involved, to learn, to develop, to play and to enjoy.

Physical Education and Sport plays an important role in the maintenance and development of a ‘healthy lifestyle’, something we all are becoming increasingly aware of.
