The following steps explain the procedure for children wishing to join Uplands School. Before proceeding with steps 1 to 6 please refer to the Year Group Reference Chart to confirm which year group your child will enter based on his/her date of birth.
Download and printout the Application Form (above) and Personal Data Protection Consent Form (above) or collect one from the Admissions Office at Uplands School. Complete this and return with copies of your passports, school reports, any SEN or medical reports and a processing fee of RM 800. Completed application forms and Personal Data Protection Consent forms can also be scanned and emailed to [email protected]
The application and outcome of assessment are reviewed by the Admissions Committee.
Parents are advised of the outcome of which there are three possibilities:
The Applicant is Successful: A confirmed place is offered at the school. The family will follow the next step – Confirmation of a place.
The Application is Pending: The application is successful but places are not available and the applicant’s name will be placed on a waiting list.
The Application is Unsuccessful: The family will be notified in good time, to allow for alternative arrangements for future schooling, to be made.

Having been given an offer of a place, the family should confirm acceptance and pay the Deposit. Upon receipt of the Deposit by Uplands, the students place is secured.
Upon enrolment, the Entrance Fee will become payable, together with the tuition and miscellaneous fees listed in the Schedule of Fees for the current academic year.
